Exploration of the Haunter catalog is akin to sleep paralysis or traversing abandoned ghost-cities - the mind catches glimpses of past utopia, future dystopia, improbable worlds, de-evolved languages and indecipherable abstractions. The label functions as a cultural platform connecting musicians, united by the same intrigue in what is perceivable or achievable within the concept of experimental music, be it disassembling the politics of dancing, channeling imaginary landscapes through sound design, exploring autobiographical harmonies or ritualistically crafting noise for spiritual purposes. Founded by Daniele Guerrini (Heith) and Francesco Birsa Alessandri (Sense Fracture), Haunter releases often tactically evade definition, serve as a critical resource of the chaotic and the contradictory; and have garnered substantial sync interest from the likes of Virgil Abloh’s Off-White.
